Effective May 7, 2026. These short launch rules apply when you join the AiCupid coming-soon list, use quick signup, or share a referral invite before the full site is ready.
AiCupid is an 18+ fictional AI companion service operated by AiCupid AI in Ohio. Joining the launch list does not guarantee immediate access, permanent pricing, or feature availability.
Launch emails may include early access updates, signup links, product news, referral information, and promotional credit notices. Marketplace credits are promotional, have no cash value, and may be limited or changed if abused.
We collect the email address you submit, basic security information such as hashed IP and browser details, signup source, referral code, and OAuth account email when you choose Google, Apple, or X signup.
We use this information to save your launch signup, prevent abuse, send launch updates, create or sign in your account, track referral bonuses, and operate the service. Help-ticket, privacy, or deletion questions can be sent to Support@AiCupid.ai.
You must be at least 18 years old. Do not use AiCupid for illegal activity, harassment, impersonation, exploitation, content involving minors, non-consensual sexual content, fraud, scraping, or attempts to bypass safety limits.
AiCupid Cupids are fictional AI characters. Do not rely on AI responses for medical, legal, financial, safety, emergency, or mental-health advice.
When a friend joins through your invite code and creates an account, both accounts may receive 100 free earned marketplace credits. Duplicate, self-referral, automated, or abusive signups may be blocked or reversed.
